When I call the agent, he came to my house during weekend and help to access my damage. He advised me what should I do with my flooded basement and that really safe me a lot of times and all the hustle. For the hailstorm damage, he also help me to arrange StateFarm appraisal to inspect the damage. I really appreciate my agent for all the help he provided.
